Acknowledgements & Jurats

The purpose of an acknowledgment is for a signer to declare to a notary or notarial officer that he or she has willingly signed a document after his or her identity has been verified. Jurats often go hand in hand with an acknowledgment. The goal of a jurat is for a signing party to swear or to affirm that the contents present in a document are true and at risk of perjury if not.

Power of Attorney

If an individual is unable or unwilling to act on their own behalf, a power of attorney gives another person the authority to handle their finances, legal affairs, real estate transactions, and health care decisions. For the notary to authenticate the document's authenticity and your signature, you must have a power of attorney notarized.

Wills

Notarizing wills is important to make sure there's no chance of fraud or any inconsistencies happening since they usually hold highly valuable assets, like real estate and other types of property.

Medical Directives

In some states, your medical directives, like health care directives, are to be notarized -- be aware that sometimes it also requires two witnesses. If that's your case, we can provide you with the notarization that you need.

Deeds

Since deeds are related to property, they need to be properly notarized to be fully lawful and guarantee no inconsistencies. We do things the right way, so you don't have to worry about anything and still have your documents orderly.

Bill of Sales

A bill of sale is a legal document that records the transfer of ownership of personal property. It is always important to have your documents notarized and by the law, and our team of expert notaries is always ready to serve.

Certified Copies

Having copies of important documents to be certified and properly notarized is necessary for a variety of different processes. Our team of notaries always ensure that the copies are perfect duplicates of the original.

Loan Signing Services
HECM

The only reverse mortgage insured by the U.S. Federal Government is called a Home Equity Conversion Mortgage (HECM), and is only available through an FHA-approved lender. The HECM is FHA's reverse mortgage program that enables you to withdraw a portion of your home's equity. This kind of loan has to be signed by a certified signing agent that also ensures

HELOC

When it comes to personal loans, a home equity line of credit, or HELOC, can be extremely beneficial. Refinancing and closing a home equity line of credit (HELOC) are two different things. In some cases, additional fees must be paid in order to complete the line of credit against your home equity. North Jersey Mobile Notary Services provides expert notary services for your loan signing needs that leave nothing to be desired.

Refinance Loans

A refinance when a borrower pays off their current loan with a new loan. A homeowner refinances their home either to achieve a lower interest rate and/or take cash out based on the equity they currently have in the home. This new loan has to be supervised and then signed by a certified signing agent to ensure its validity, and we are the right ones to contact.

Purchase Loans

You can rely on us if you require a trusted notary after making a purchase. This is a transaction when a home buyer borrows money from a bank to purchase a home. In our capacity as government agents, we can verify the legitimacy of any signature on a document that has been attached to a legal document.

Seller Packages

A seller package is a needed document during the process of selling your house, and having it properly certified, signed, and notarized is of the utmost importance to its validity. We are an experienced team of notaries that is thorough and always guarantees that there are no inconsistencies during any kind of loan signing procedures.

Deeds & Trusts

We have the expertise to manage and notarize deed and trust paperwork for both companies and individuals. Loans usually cannot be completed without the assistance of a notary signing agent overseeing the process. Real estate loan documents are notarized, signed by the borrower, and returned to the lender on time by our team of expert notaries. After that, the loan is ready to be funded.

P.O.A.

When a power of attorney is used to sign loan paperwork, the lender, title company, or an attorney for one or both of those parties must review the instrument to make sure it possesses the necessary authority. We have plenty of experience overseeing loan signings and can ensure that there are no inconsistencies happening in one that has power of attorney in play during it.
